TERMS & conditions
Cancellation by Participants
In line with Eventbrite’s Refund Policy, cancellations must be received no less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference in order to be eligible to a full refund. Substitute attendees are possible and are asked to submit credentials at the registration desk. Any cancellation received less than 30 days prior to the start of the event will not grant the right to a refund.
Event Changes by Organiser
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event’s programme, including cancellation or rescheduling, in case of force majeure. In line with Eventbrite’s Refund Policy, if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, refunds will be granted for the entire purchase.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, force majeure means an event beyond the reasonable control of the organiser, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, pandemics, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors. The Platform shall not be liable as a result of any delay or failure to perform its obligations to you as a result of a force majeure event, besides the ticket refund.
Written notice about cancellation or rescheduling will be given by email, and communicated on the event’s website, and shall constitute effective written notice.
